Developer Resolution Notes

Fixed access control issue in DocumentationController. Removed QA role requirement from bugTracker(), storeBug(), updateBugStatus(), and showBug() methods. Bug tracker now accessible to all authenticated users since QA, Admin, and Super Admin roles do not exist in the system.
